Terms and Conditions

By attending JD Festive Watch Party at The Last Drop 5 Thornton Street, London, Greater London, E20 2AD on 7 December 2023 at 19:00pm (UK time) (“Event”) you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the competition. This competition is hosted in connection with Rewind Europe Ltd (company number 12837474) whose registered office address is at 5 Duke Street, Southport, Merseyside, England, PR8 1SE (“RWD”).

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner may win: • Two (2) West Ham tickets to a future fixture for the winner and a companion; • One (1) signed West Ham shirt; and • One (1) pair of trainers up to the value of £200 from the JD Sports website (the “Prize”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles, colours and West Ham tickets are subject to JD Sports’ discretion) and may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed (for whatever reason) JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any part of any of the Prize is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the competition and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including food, accommodation and travel unless stated as being provided as part of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery of the Prize is included.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants and their companions must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England or Wales.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winner and their companion (if applicable) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx. , or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the competition by: 1. Attending the Event; 2. filling in predictions slip* provided at the Event to correlate with the West Ham v Tottenham Hotspur fixture streamed at the Event; 3. Ensuring the prediction slip is completed and handed to the JD Sports team before West Ham football game starts at 20:15 pm (UK time).

*Entrants can make up to three different predictions on one predictions slip including the score, who scored and what minute they scored. The person with the closest predictions across all three segments will be announced the winner.

5. Opening/Closing Times

The competition will be open from 19:00pm (UK time) on 7 December 2023 until 20:15pm (UK time) on 7 December 2023. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

All entrants who have made a valid entry following the How To Enter steps above will be considered by the JD Sports/RWD Judges. In order to win an entrant must: 1. Have submitted a prediction* which is the closest to the actual in game event; 2. Have at least two correct predictions; and 3. The winner will be chosen based on which entrant scored the closest prediction.

The winner will be announced at the Event at 22:30 pm (UK time) and the Prize will be issued at this time. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves).

7. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age for themselves and a companion (if applicable), which is required to enter the competition; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Personal information

If you have opted in to receive JD Sports marketing, JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the competition. We may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained in the promotional emails. We may share your personal data with RWD for the purposes of fulfilling the Prize and/or you may share such personal data with RWD directly for the same purposes.

9. Publicity

By taking part in the competition, entrants agree to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the competition. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
